By using this website, you agree to the following terms. All vehicle pricing is subject to change without notice and does not include tax, title, license, or dealer fees unless otherwise stated. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a purchase agreement is signed.

Vehicle Listings

Every effort is made to ensure listing accuracy; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors at any time.

Financing

Financing offers are estimates only and subject to credit approval by our lending partners. Actual APR and terms may vary.

Delivery

Once initial payment is made, we begin processing the required paperwork and deliver the vehicle to the customer's provided address by 18-wheeler carrier, so no additional mileage is added in transit. Every vehicle is delivered with two keys, a bill of sale, a temporary license plate, and a clean title.

Trial Period & Returns

Customers have two (2) days from delivery to test drive the vehicle or have it inspected by a mechanic of their choosing. If the customer wishes to proceed, they will sign the required purchase documents (and, if applicable, a separate financing agreement) to finalize the sale. If the customer decides not to keep the vehicle within this two-day trial period, they may contact us using the phone number listed on this website to arrange courier pickup; the shipping deposit fee will be fully refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
